Domain renewals are included with an active monthly care plan. Your plan must be active when the renewal is due. Without a plan, or after cancellation, you pay future renewal charges and retain domain ownership. Free hosting and form options depend on ongoing eligibility and limits. Optional email, paid forms, and additional work are separate.

Domain details: The included standard domain has a $20 registration allowance for the first year. Higher-priced and premium domains are quoted separately before purchase. Renewal of the included standard domain is covered while a monthly care plan is active at renewal time. Without a plan, or after cancellation, future renewal charges are yours; ownership stays with you. Any change to a higher-priced domain is agreed separately.
Branded email: Care Plus at $75/month includes one business mailbox and initial setup while the plan is active. The provider and account terms are confirmed in your proposal. Additional mailboxes are $11/month each. Extra addresses (aliases) delivering to the same inbox are free within provider limits; they do not have a separate mailbox or login. Email migration and bulk email are quoted separately. Without Care Plus, email is optional and provider-paid; your existing email can receive form inquiries.
Higher-volume forms: A higher-volume form plan is currently $149/year for up to 10,000 submissions/month. Only needed if the free plan doesn’t fit.
Ongoing help: Optional care starts at $49/month and is separate from hosting. Care Plus is $75/month and includes one business mailbox and initial setup. Work outside the included small updates is quoted separately before work begins.
Project-specific costs: Premium domains, e-commerce, bookings, app backends, custom integrations, premium assets, and additional copywriting are quoted separately before purchase or extra work.

What do I need before we start?+
Your business details, goals, logo if you have one, and any text and photos you want to use. The essentials package uses your supplied content; additional content support is scoped with the next chapter package.
How long will my website take?+
We confirm the timeline after reviewing the scope and your content. Page count, custom features, and how quickly feedback arrives all affect the schedule.
What’s included in a revision round?+
A round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design and content. Both website packages include two rounds. New pages, features, or a change of direction outside the agreed scope are discussed and quoted before extra work begins.
Are domain and hosting included?+
Either website package includes a standard domain name for the first year, with a registration allowance of $20. Higher-priced and premium domains are quoted separately before purchase. Renewal of your included standard domain is covered while a monthly care plan is active at renewal time. Without a plan, or after cancellation, you pay future renewal charges. You retain domain ownership. Free static hosting may fit a simple brochure site within provider limits; we confirm the exact setup and any third-party costs before purchase.
Can you build an online shop or custom app?+
These projects need their own scope. Tell us what you have in mind, including products, payments, or integrations, and we’ll discuss what’s needed before quoting.
Do I have to choose a monthly care plan?+
No. Essential care is $49/month for one small update and monthly site, form, and link checks. Care Plus is $75/month for three small updates, the same checks, and one business mailbox with initial setup. Both plans cover renewal of your included standard domain while active at renewal time. A small update is one existing section with up to 150 supplied words or 3 supplied images; unused updates do not roll over. Extra work is quoted separately.
What’s the difference between a mailbox and an extra address?+
Care Plus includes one business mailbox. Each additional mailbox is $11/month and has its own inbox and login. Extra addresses, also called aliases, can deliver to an existing inbox at no extra charge within provider limits. An alias does not create a separate mailbox or login. We confirm the provider and supported setup in your proposal.
What happens to my email if I cancel Care Plus?+
The included business mailbox is covered only while Care Plus is active. The account remains yours, and you can continue service by arranging payment directly with the provider. We confirm the provider, terms, and transition steps in your proposal. Additional mailboxes are $11/month each. Extra addresses (aliases) delivering to the same inbox are free within provider limits; they do not have a separate mailbox or login. Email migration and bulk email are quoted separately.
